Kenai Princess Lodge's Smoked Salmon Dip

Kenai Princess Lodge's Smoked Salmon Dip

2 lbs.
cream cheese, softened
1 lb.
goat cheese, softened
2 1/2 c.
heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
1/2 c.
red onion, fine dice
3/4 c.
minced parsley
1 T.
minced garlic
1 tsp.
Tabasco sauce
2 T.
fresh minced dill
2 T.
capers, drained, rinsed and chopped
2 T.
lemon juice
1 lb.
smoked salmon, crumbled
To taste
salt and pepper

Thoroughly mix ingredients in a large bowl, taste seasoning and adjust if necessary.
