Kenai Princess Lodge's Smoked Salmon Dip
| 2 lbs. | cream cheese, softened | 
| 1 lb. | goat cheese, softened | 
| 2 1/2 c. | heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks | 
| 1/2 c. | red onion, fine dice | 
| 3/4 c. | minced parsley | 
| 1 T. | minced garlic | 
| 1 tsp. | Tabasco sauce | 
| 2 T. | fresh minced dill | 
| 2 T. | capers, drained, rinsed and chopped | 
| 2 T. | lemon juice | 
| 1 lb. | smoked salmon, crumbled | 
| To taste | salt and pepper | 
Thoroughly mix ingredients in a large bowl, taste seasoning and adjust if necessary.
